Back Orders, Advance Orders & Returns
Back Orders & Advance Orders?Currently, it’s not possible for our online system
to support back orders & advance orders, but we’re investigating how to offer
this as a service.
Our common sense Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If not, we'll try our
best to sort it out for you.
" It was broken when it arrived/It doesn't work"
Simply return the item in its original condition as instructed below ensuring it
reaches us within 14 days of you receiving the item.
Please include details of your name, postcode, & invoice/order number (on the
invoice in your parcel) and a note of why you're returning the item, and we'll
replace it as soon as possible. This may take a few days as we may have to
re-order the goods. (see below re CD cases).
" The CD case was broken when I received it"
Who wants to return a whole CD just for a broken case – simply email
firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order along with your name,
address, invoice/order number & date plus a request for a new case and we'll pop
one in the post to you. If the broken CD case holds more than one CD, please
note this in your email plus the name of the album.
" I don't like it/I'm not happy with what I've received"

The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states you have
the right to cancel the order of an item within seven days of delivery (except
CDs, DVDs & Videos.) See below for how to return items to Gettymusic.com
Gettymusic Personal Guarantee
"If you are unhappy with the quality of the recording you have purchased,
please return it to us within 14 days, and you will be able to exchange it for
another album (CD) of your choice to an equivalent value. This does not affect
your statutory rights."
Please note: Gettymusic reserves the right to withhold this service from any
customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee. Our decision is final and
no discussion will be entered into with any party.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you're returning a CD you may choose another CD, if returning a video
you may choose another video etc to the value of the goods returned.
If you're returning any other item, you'll receive a refund to your credit card,
minus any postage charges as shown on the site (not counting free delivery or
faulty returns of course), unless you wish to exchange the items for other
Products and thus save the postage.
Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original
condition (not including cellophane wrapping on music Products). We reserve the
right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or

IMPORTANT: Please read the conditions above first.
Simply send the item(s) for return including: the invoice you received, or a
copy showing your name, customer number & invoice/order number and the reason
for return to:

Please note, we must receive the items for refund/exchange in their original
condition within 14 days of you receiving them.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to
us unless we delivered an item to you in error or the item is faulty. To ensure
valuable goods reach us, you may also wish to use a recorded delivery service as
we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.

We aim to despatch items within 3 working days of receipt of your order, but
please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We appreciate you making the choice to order with
us and we'll do our best to get your order to you just as soon as possible.
However, we can't of course be held responsible for delays on route.
